To qualify for the Return.Recycle Scheme, all information provided must be true and complete. Unfortunately, Return.Recycle voucher requests cannot be processed if the warranty registration information does not comply with the terms and conditions.
We recommend you register your purchase with us to enforce your warranty coverage and keep up to date on product information and offers. We advise you to register your furniture within 30 days, however, as long as you have your proof of purchase and are able to provide this to our customer service team, your furniture will still be covered by our warranty.
